Please be understanding, this is a one person business and there may be times that these shipping dates may take longer. I will notify you if this is the case.
Orders are usually shipped in 3-5 business days, excluding holidays.
All orders are processed and shipped from Portland, Oregon.
Availability of products is not guaranteed as all items are made in limited edition runs. I do my best to keep all stock up to date. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available, I will notify you via email or telephone.
For shipments within the US, I ship using USPS priority with required signature service unless otherwise instructed. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number once item has shipped.
If you request no signature or insurance, Ancliffe is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
If you would like your item shipped by another carrier, please let me know. Please note this may change the shipping charges.
If you are ordering multiple items, please feel free to contact me for combined shipping. It is difficult to calculate before purchase. I am always willing to combine shipping to reduce shipping charges.
International buyers, please contact me for shipping prices.
On-Line Shop Refunds:
I am happy to exchange, issue a store (on-line shop) credit (valid for 1 year), or make a refund for any full-price, unworn, unwashed, unblemished merchandise within 10 days of receipt of your on-line purchase. After 10 days, all sales are final.
If you need to make a return, please email email@example.com for a Return Authorization code (RA) and the return shipping address before returning or exchanging your purchase. We cannot issue exchanges or refunds for items returned without an RA code. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties and/or taxes incurred in the case of international purchases.
We are not responsible for parcels damaged or lost in shipping.
All returns will be processed as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund. Credit cards can take up to two billing cycles for the return to appear as a credit on your card.
We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet the policy requirements.
In Person (Portland, OR purchases):
Same rules apply as per above for returns. Shipping and RA codes may not be necessary if other delivery arrangements are made. Please contact me directly: firstname.lastname@example.org
Purchases made at another retail environment:
If you purchased an item at different location (brick-and-mortar boutique or on-line boutique), their return policy will apply. Please contact them directly.
